Senior care at its best.
There’s a reason why The Manor has been named one of the Best Nursing Homes by U.S. News & World Report – in addition to providing the highest quality care, we view each day as an opportunity for seniors to live life to the fullest.
Our senior residents are cared for by a team of health professionals who embrace a personalized approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Registered nurses (RNs), licensed practicing nurses (LPNs) and certified nurse associates (CNAs) are on site 24/7 to meet patient needs, and staff are trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia best practices. Board-certified geriatricians, psychiatrists, and other clinicians on staff at CentraState visit regularly.
Our staff members – from dining and maintenance to housekeeping and laundry staff – are well acquainted with the personal preferences and needs of each resident. They go above and beyond expectations to meet these needs, while treating our residents like family.
A lifestyle that promotes socialization and wellness.
We encourage our residents to participate in a variety of activities tailored to meet their physical and mental abilities. Bedside visits are provided to those unable to participate more actively.
Each month, our full-time certified activities director plans a robust calendar of events and programs based on resident input, which provides a satisfying variety of activities. Programs include pet therapy, exercise programs, music and art therapy, outdoor trips, arts and crafts, and entertainment. Staff, volunteers, and residents frequently find reasons to plan special celebrations. In addition, on patriotic holidays, members of the armed forces often stop by to visit our residents.
An enclosed courtyard provides a private, tranquil area where residents can enjoy the fresh air. The courtyard is also used for hosting barbeques, musical events, and other activities for residents and their guests to enjoy.
